By analyzing the deficiencies in the control aspect of traditional oil-free air compressors, it systematically introduces key transformation technologies such as PLC control, variable frequency speed regulation, and intelligent monitoring. Combined with practical cases, the energy-saving effect and performance improvement after the transformation are verified. The research results show that scientific and reasonable control transformation can increase the operating efficiency of oil-free air compressors by more than 25%, reduce energy consumption by about 30%, and have significant economic benefits and environmental protection value.
